FeesMy fee is the one recommended by the Psychologists Association of Alberta. Right now that is $150.00 per session. My sessions are 55 minutes long.Alberta Health Care does not cover my fees but most Extended Health Care Plans (such as Blue Cross) provide at least partial coverage. You may also have coverage by an Employee Assistance plan. Fees can be used as an income tax deduction. I ask you to pay me at each session by cash or cheque.
Please give me 24 hours notice of cancellation (more is better). For cancellations of less than 24 hours notice, I charge half of your regular fee. If you do not show up , I will wait for you, assuming you are late, and will charge you the full fee. |
